Dazzle Dry offers FedEx ground shipping at a flat rate within the continental United States. Because we use FedEx Ground to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions, we kindly ask that you allow 3 to 8 business days for your package to arrive.
Should you wish to place a Dazzle Dry order outside of the continental U.S., please contact our office during standard business hours at 480-814-8300.
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we accept unopened products within 30 days of purchase, and there is a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the product has been received by Dazzle Dry. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return process.
Should any items be shipped incorrectly or damaged, Dazzle Dry will be more than happy to replace or exchange your products at no expense. Be sure to notify us within three business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products. If the order is incorrect, please provide a copy of the original sales order form so that we may get the correct product sent to you as quickly as possible.
