SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Dazzle Dry offers ground shipping at a flat rate within the continental United States. Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Because we use ground shipping to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions, we kindly ask that you allow 3 to 10 business days from the date it ships for your package to arrive. Should you wish to place a Dazzle Dry order outside of the continental U.S., please contact our office during standard business hours at 480-814-8300.
SHIPPING UPDATE: There are delays in shipping orders due to high demand during the holiday season. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped and 7-10 business days from the date it ships for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience!
We are not accepting any returns or exchanges for products not damaged during shipping. Should any items be shipped incorrectly or damaged, Dazzle Dry® will be more than happy to replace or exchange your products at no expense. Be sure to notify us within three business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products. If the order is incorrect, please provide a copy of the original sales order form so that we may get the correct product sent to you as quickly as possible.
