These Dazzle Dry Loyalty Program Terms ("DD Terms") are governed by the Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") and are provided by VB Cosmetics, Inc ("we," "us," and "our"). By applying for membership in our Dazzle Dry Loyalty Program ("Program"), you represent and warrant that you meet all conditions within our Terms and Privacy Policy, including the age of majority and legal eligibility requirements therein, as well as eligibility requirements of our Program. Further, your application for membership and participation in the Program provide your acknowledgement and affirmative consent to be bound by our Terms, including the Privacy Policy as it pertains to our collection and use of your personal information, and these DD Terms and to receive Program-related communications. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A MEMBER.

We reserve the right to change, cancel, modify, update, suspend, terminate, limit, or replace these DD Terms or the Program at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective upon posting on our website, will immediately replace all prior versions of the DD Terms, and will apply to any future disputes regardless of when a disputed interaction arises.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to legal United States residents who have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Only individual natural persons may become members; commercial accounts, resellers, companies, groups, or organizations, or employees of any of the foregoing acting on behalf of such employer, are not eligible for membership and may be excluded from membership.

Only one (1) account is permitted per person; duplicate, fraudulent, or shared accounts will be closed at our sole discretion.

We provide the opportunity for you to earn points and incentives provided under these DD Terms in accordance with our Privacy Policy in exchange for your provision of the following information:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone, address, IP Address
• Customer records: account info
• Commercial information: purchase history, products viewed
• Internet/technical data: device IDs, browsing/app activity related to the Program
• Geolocation
• Inferences: preferences/likelihood of purchase
• Sensitive personal information: precise geolocation, account log-in

We use the above information to:

• Operate, administer, and improve the program;
• Personalize offers and measure program performance;
• Communicate about rewards, discounts, and updates; and
• Prevent fraud and comply with law.

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by emailing our customer care team at orders@vbcosmetics.com.

We may modify or end the Program as allowed by law. The Program may be void where prohibited by law.

2. Earning Points

Members may earn points through:

• Purchases: One (1) point for every $1 spent (excluding taxes, fees, discounts, promotional credits, gift card purchases, and shipping).
• Account Creation: Fifty (50) points.
• Review Submission: Five (5) points per approved review (limit one per product, reviews approved at our sole discretion).
• Annual Birthday Reward: One hundred to two hundred (100–200) points (based on tier status).
• Text Sign-Up: Twenty (20) points for subscribing to text messages.
• Referral: Participants may provide a referral ("Referring Participant") by sharing their unique referral code or referral link ("Referral") with a third party (the "Referred Party"). The Referral provides the Referred Party with twenty percent (20%) off a qualifying purchase of sixty-five dollars ($65) or more ("Qualifying Purchase"). Upon the Referred Party's Qualifying Purchase using the Referral from the Referring Participant, the Referring Participant shall receive one hundred (100) points, equivalent to a ten-dollar ($10) value, credited to the Referring Participant's rewards account. The Referral is unique to each Referring Participant and is accessible through the rewards portal. The Referred Party must use the Referral in order to receive the discount and for the Referring Party to receive points under the Referral program. If the Referral is not applied by the Referred Party in making a purchase, the Referred Party shall not receive any discounts and the Referring Participating shall not receive any rewards related to the Referred Party's purchase. No Referral may be applied retroactively.

Points are subject to verification and may take up to seven (7) days to appear in your account.

The Company reserves the right to limit or restrict, including on a daily or annual basis, participants' eligibility to earn points from reviews, sign-ups, or promotions, in order to prevent abuse.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a purchase qualifies for points or a reward.

3. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for rewards as follows:

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to adjust, deny, or revoke points, including when issued in error, through misuse, or due to fraudulent activity, violation of these DD Terms, or other abuse.

Points cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

Points earned on purchases that are refunded, canceled, or returned will be deducted from the participant's account.

4. Rewards

• Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted at our discretion.
• Rewards are not guaranteed.
• Rewards and discounts cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

5. Membership Tiers

Tier status is determined by annual monetary spend on the website at https://dazzledry.com/:

• Base Tier (Base Coat): $1+
• Middle Tier (Lacquer): $105+
• Top Tier (Top Coat): $210+

7. Points Expiration

Points expire six (6) months from the date earned and are forfeited if the account is closed, terminated, or inactive.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

8. Membership Termination

Membership may be terminated or revoked for misuse, fraud, excessive activity, or violation of our Terms, these DD Terms, including creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotions, or submitting false reviews.

9. General Conditions

• Membership, points, and rewards are non-transferable and for personal use only.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or misapplied points or rewards.
• We are not liable for technical errors, system outages, failure in transmissions or lost communications, unauthorized program access, or posting delays affecting points or rewards posting.
• Loyalty points and rewards may not be combined with any other discounts, including, but not limited to, promotional codes, event discounts, affiliate codes, or similar offers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Additional Limitation of Liability

In addition to the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability provided in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you agree that your participation in the Program is at your own risk. The Program is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to the Program is expressly and solely limited to rewards points, without any monetary or redeemable cash value, which shall not exceed the value of rewards you earned during the six (6) months preceding any claim you may bring against us pertaining to the Program.
