+Revive – Add Revive (6 to 8 drops regular size, 3 to 4 drops Mini size) to any Top Coat, Transform, or Nail Lacquer that has become too thick. *DO NOT add Revive to a Base Coat, as it will ruin the product. Store with the original cap to prevent evaporation

I used all 4 steps in clean dry nails allowing it to dry fully between coats. I work in healthcare and I am constantly washing my hands or using hand sanitizer throughout the day. Maybe this product works if you have an office job and don’t have to wash your hands constantly, but I definitely did not last for me."
"This is step 1 and preps your nails for the base coat. It’s very easy to dispense. I always use a lint free disposable pad to apply it. If I want to freshen up my manicure with a new color without removing everything I do so by applying it with a qtip and then base coat and the new color."
