Shipping Policy
We offer flat-rate ground shipping within the contiguous United States. All shipments travel by ground to comply with aerosol shipping guidelines. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for transit.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, we are unable to investigate or guarantee a replacement or refund.
Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll be happy to send a replacement or exchange it at no cost to you. If you receive a damaged item, a photo is required so we can provide feedback to our shipping team and prevent future issues this must be reported within 90 days of delivery. All E-Gift Card sales are final.
