Step 1: Nail Prep
Remove oils and lotions by scrubbing each nail with a lint-free pad soaked in Nail Prep.
Tip: Always use a new pad for each hand.
Step 2: Base Coat
Apply two coats to each nail, allowing each layer to dry.
Tip: if cloudy or jelly-like, place the bottle in 1 inch of hot water until clear. Use ¾ inch for Minis. *Do not microwave or fully submerge.*
Step 3: Lacquer
Apply two coats of your favorite color, allowing each to dry.
Step 4: Top Coat
Apply one layer to each nail after the Lacquer has dried matte. Wait five minutes. Your manicure is done!
+ Revive
Add Revive to thickened Nail Lacquer, Top Coat, or Transform.
Tip: Use 6–8 drops for Full-size, 3–4 for mini-size bottles.
Important: Do NOT add to Base Coat—it will damage the product.

"I really do love the lasting power, the ease, and the gel-like appearance, but I’m fairly certain the base coat my kit has is defective. It simply doesn’t dry. At all. I sat in front of a fan for over a hour one night and it still was sticky! And that was just one layer! I tried all sorts of things, even putting it in warm water, but it’s just off. However, despite the issues with the base coat in my kit, Dazzle Dry does wonders. I’m getting at least a week of practically flawless nails even with a defective step in the system. It’s incredible! Definitely worth a try, I just hope the base coat quality becomes more consistent as I’ve seen people online complain about this very thing."

"The product was a good quality but I noticed that you cannot do the step 1 coats and leave nails to continue later. They begin to peel if you rub them against anything. I have beautiful nails so I’m hoping this system keeps my nails stronger than using other nail polish brands. The cost is a little pricey. Your buying a system with less polish in the bottles for more money."
"I was excited to try a semi-permanent polish system that wasn't as harsh as gels. The Dazzle Dry system had some pros - most notably, the fast-drying. But my nails definitely did show some weakness/ridging when I removed the polish, and it didn't stay on as long as I had hoped. Also, for the $$, I lose confidence when I have to soak a new bottle in warm water to ensure it's working properly (per the directions). I may try the system again if I'm traveling, but won't buy any more polishes or become a repeat customer."

"I like the colors, the high gloss finish, its ability to hide my nails ridges with Transform, and its dependability to quickly dry. I don't like its inability to dependably adhere to my nails. I am in the pool for quite a while each day swimming laps. Inevitably, I exit the pool sans color on one or two of my nails. I follow the application steps to the letter, but I am not a professional nail tech, nor am I ambidextrous, so it is a foregone conclusion that I will touch a cuticle during one of the seven layers I’m applying (2 base, 2 Transform, 2 color, 1 top). So maybe it’s from my time in the pool or maybe it’s because I microscopically bumped a cuticle with one of the hairs on the nail brush during application. Whatever the cause, this system doesn’t seem to be a good match for me."
