To receive your items in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 8. We do our best to ship quickly, but carrier delays can happen during the holiday rush, so earlier is always better!

Domestic (Us) Shipping Methods

We offer flat-rate ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Because we ship by ground (to follow aerosol shipping guidelines), your package should arrive within 3-7 business days after it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Dazzle Dry offers ground shipping at a flat rate within the contignous United States. Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Because we use ground shipping to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions, we kindly ask that you allow 3 to 7 business days from the date it ships for your package to arrive.

Should you wish to place a Dazzle Dry order outside of the continental U.S., please contact our office during standard business hours at orders@dazzledry.com.

Return Policies

We hope you love your Dazzle Dry® products! However, please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items not damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily send a replacement or exchange it at no cost to you.

What to do if there’s an issue:

  • Let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • If the order is incorrect, include a copy of your original sales order so we can fix it quickly.

What is the return policy for gift cards?

Gift cards are treated as cash equivalents. Once purchased, they become active and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash or credit (except as required by law). This policy helps us maintain secure and fair business practices while ensuring all gift cards are valid and protected against misuse.

Important Details to Remember

  • No Refunds: The transaction is final once you complete a gift card purchase.
  • No Exchanges: We cannot exchange gift cards for other products, services, or different gift card denominations.
  • No Cash Back: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Responsibility: Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Can I return or exchange a color?

We do our very best to help you choose the perfect color by showing our products on different models, sharing live swatches, and even allowing real customer reviews with photos taken in a variety of lighting conditions. That said, due to screen and resolution differences, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do online.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are not damaged during shipping.

Color received was not as pictured on the website. What can I do?

Colors can sometimes be a little tricky to judge online since different screens and resolutions can convey colors differently. We totally get that it’s not always easy to get the exact feel of a color until you see it in person! To help, we recommend checking out reviews from others who’ve purchased the same color and watching our swatch video for a better idea of how it looks. We hope that makes the decision a bit easier!
