Effect: Cream
Step 1: Nail Prep
Remove oils and lotions by scrubbing each nail with a lint-free pad soaked in Nail Prep.
Tip: Always use a new pad for each hand.
Step 2: Base Coat
Apply two coats to each nail, allowing each layer to dry.
Tip: if cloudy or jelly-like, place the bottle in 1 inch of hot water until clear. Use ¾ inch for Minis. *Do not microwave or fully submerge.*
Step 3: Lacquer
Apply two coats of your favorite color, allowing each to dry.
Step 4: Top Coat
Apply one layer to each nail after the Lacquer has dried matte. Wait five minutes. Your manicure is done!
+ Revive
Add Revive to thickened Nail Lacquer, Top Coat, or Transform.
Tip: Use 6–8 drops for Full-size, 3–4 for mini-size bottles.
Important: Do NOT add to Base Coat—it will damage the product.

"I’ve been waiting for a bright pink and this color is it! Unfortunately, it was tricky to apply compared to other Dazzle Dry polishes. I had to stop 4 times to add the revive drops. Also, it still seems sheer after 3 coats. So, for those reasons, it probably won’t end up on my favorites list and I won’t buy it again."
"Dazzle dry is as advertised: long-lasting and fast-drying. What I did not realize until I purchased some to apply at home (rather than a salon), is that the brush is designed well and makes application easier than other brands. This color, She’s Electric, was as depicted. It’s bright but not neon, and to me looks precisely like the hot Barbie pink of the 90’s."
"To me this is exactly like my discontinued Watermelon Slice which I love. This is a super bright neon pink. It is bolder than a true barbie type bubble gum pink lollipop 🍭 pink. 🩷 It is great for the beach, the pool, summertime. Summer ⛱️ as always, dd knocks it out of the park with application, dry time, all the things. I'm glad I snagged this color. Great polish. Great performance."
"This pink is the perfect vibrant hot pink. The consistency is great I did notice a small amount of shrinkage, but that could be because I didn’t do a good enough job covering the edge of my nail with polish. Because of the shrinking there has been a little bit more chipping than usual, but I’m not deducting a star, as I think it is quite possibly user error and the color is gorgeous."
"This color is bright and gorgeous and looks great on the toes and is the neon bright pink we have been asking for! I have trouble with semi sheers needing 4-5 coats to get the opacity I like so I put this over 1 coat of Soulmate, and 2 coats She's Electric. It is still a little patchy so next time I will do 2 coats of Soulmate under 2 coats of Shes Electric."

"I’ve followed the steps to a tee and my polish definitely lasts longer than 7 days without chipping. I’m a gardener and my nails have not torn like them normally do when I have to pull out weeds. "This is my fifth bottle of dazzle dry. I always follow the proper procedure when applying. I have even watched videos to be 100%. However, for some reason, this last bottle doesn’t even last a day on some of my nails. Love the color, but not the durability. And for the record, I have not done anything differently like being rough on my nails after application like with housework, etc."
