Step 1: Nail Prep
Remove oils and lotions by scrubbing each nail with a lint-free pad soaked in Nail Prep.
Tip: Always use a new pad for each hand.
Step 2: Base Coat
Apply two coats to each nail, allowing each layer to dry.
Tip: if cloudy or jelly-like, place the bottle in 1 inch of hot water until clear. Use ¾ inch for Minis. *Do not microwave or fully submerge.*
+ Revive
Add Revive to thickened Nail Lacquer, Top Coat, or Transform.
Tip: Use 6–8 drops for Full-size, 3–4 for mini-size bottles.
Important: Do NOT add to Base Coat—it will damage the product.
Step 4: Top Coat
Apply one layer to each nail after the Lacquer has dried matte. Wait five minutes. Your manicure is done!
Step 3: Lacquer
Apply two coats of your favorite color, allowing each to dry.

"I'm a huge Dazzle Dry fan, and I love the fun idea of a purple-ish lacquer with green shimmer! But on my fair, cool-toned skin, it looked mostly grey and the only time I saw the green sparkle was outside in bright sunlight. I really had to work to get the sparkle to show in this photo. Next time I will try topping putting it over or under a purple lacquer to minimize the grey. Dazzle Dry - please consider making a green shimmer topper!"
"This lacquer blends two of my favorite colors (taupe & mauve) with my preferred DD polish finish - Semi sheer opacity and shimmer effect! “Let’s Glow” applies smoothly and evenly, but as with other similar DD semi sheer/shimmer polishes (I have purchased the minis to try them out), it thickened quickly and needed lots of revive to maintain a thin layer and smooth application. Although it looked fine on its own, with regular top coat; however, for this application, I decided to customize it with sparkly toppers: Stardust on my fingers and Diamond on my toes). Loved the end result (fyi - the fly on my foot seemed to like it too!)."
